Return Policy |
All BarreSlim products include a money back guarantee. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with their results, product(s) can be returned for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling) if returned within the money back guarantee period specified at the time of purchase (30,60, or 90 days). For supplements, any remaining product/packaging, used or unused (e.g. empty bags, packets, bottles, tubs, program guides, calendars) should be returned. If returning a DVD program, all kit components must be included. |
The guarantee period starts from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, you must request a Return Authorization number within the specified Money Back Guarantee. Request a Return Authorization number by filling out our simple online form.
The package must be sent within 15 days of receiving a Return Authorization. Return postage fees are the sole responsibility of the sender. BarreSlim strongly recommend retaining proof of return in the unlikely event a package does not reach the warehouse as expected. If a package is lost in transit, a refund will only be authorized if the return shipment can be verified by means of a carrier receipt and/or tracking number showing a valid BarreSlim return address as the destination. |
BarreSLim are not responsible for packages that are refused at delivery, returned to sender, or sent without a return authorization number. Using any of these methods to return a shipment may delay or prevent the processing of a refund. |
What is the policy for Return Labels? |
Prepaid return labels are only provided for order returns due to BarreSlim/warehouse error or product defects (an appearance, odor, taste, or texture that is abnormal). BarreSlim does not issue return labels to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, any U.S. territories, or Canada. |
Customers eligible for a return label will receive an email from FedEx (emaillabel@fedex.com) with a link to print their label. It is critical that customers confirm their correct email address on file to ensure that they receive their return label from FedEx. If an email from FedEx has not yet been received within 48 hours, a customer should first check the junk or spam folder in their inbox prior to requesting a new label. |
When will the refund be processed? |
Once a return is received at the warehouse, refunds are usually processed by BarreSlim within 7 business days. The financial institution receiving the refund may take additional time to process and return the funds. |
